North Dakota: Can car dealerships open on Sundays?
Sunday car sales banned
North Dakota law says a motor vehicle dealer may not sell a motor vehicle on Sunday.
A violation is a class B misdemeanor. The only exception in the dealer law is for qualifying collector, antique, or special-interest vehicle auctions, which may run any day. The rule bans the sale itself, and the statute does not separately address being open.
