Laws change, and we make mistakes. When an answer on QuirkMaps is wrong, we want to know and fix it.
Report an error
Email corrections@quirkmaps.com. It helps to include:
- The page and the state you are writing about.
- What you believe the correct answer is.
- A link to the statute, regulation, or agency page that shows it.
Every page has a "Report an error" link that fills in the page name for you.
What happens next
We reopen the official source and recheck the answer under the same rules we use for all research (see the methodology). If the answer was wrong or out of date, we fix it, update its "Last verified" date, and list significant changes below. If the law is genuinely ambiguous, we may change the answer to "Unclear" and explain why.
