Arizona: Can car dealerships open on Sundays?
Sunday sales allowed
Arizona has no state law that stops car dealers from selling on Sunday.
Arizona's dealer law only requires dealers to report their business hours to the state and give notice before changing them. No section of the dealer chapter limits Sunday sales. Dealers set their own hours.
What the law says
Each person issued a license pursuant to this chapter shall: 1. Include business hours on each renewal application. 2. Provide written notice of any change in business hours to the director at least ten days before the change to the hours.
