Arkansas: Are happy hour drink specials legal?
Allowed with limits
Arkansas has no happy hour rule as such, but retailers may not offer coupons, rebates, or other inducements to buy alcohol.
Arkansas ABC rules bar permit holders from advertising cash discounts or rebates on alcohol and from offering coupons or other inducements to buy it, and they may not advertise drinks as free. The rules don't set happy hour times or ban lower prices by name, so how they apply to a simple drink special is an inference. Loyalty programs are allowed under set conditions.
