Connecticut: Are happy hour drink specials legal?
Connecticut allows drink specials but bans unlimited drinks for a fixed price and serving more than one drink at a time.
A Connecticut liquor rule titled "Restrictions on drink promotions" bars on-premises sellers from selling unlimited drinks during a set period for a fixed price. Bars may not serve one person more than one drink at a time, and pitchers may only go to two or more adults. Drinking games and drinks as prizes are banned. Private functions in separate rooms and hotel guest bars are exempt.
