Nebraska: Are happy hour drink specials legal?

Allowed with limits

Nebraska allows reduced drink prices but bans unlimited drinks for a set price and two-or-more-drinks-for-one-price deals.

The Liquor Control Commission's rules bar on-premises licensees from selling unlimited drinks at a fixed price or several drinks to one person for one price. Two pitchers or buckets of beer for one price are also banned. The rule says it doesn't otherwise limit the price of a single drink. The commission's FAQ adds that a bar may not give away more than one free drink at a time, or a free drink tied to buying another.
