Missouri: Can car dealerships open on Sundays?

Sunday car sales banned

Missouri bars licensed car dealers from opening to buy, sell, or trade motor vehicles on Sunday.

Licensed dealers, distributors, and manufacturers may not keep a place of business open on Sunday to sell or trade new or used vehicles. Exceptions include motorcycles, RVs, manufactured homes, powersports vehicles, repair and towing, parts and tires, and certain multi-dealer vehicle shows. A violation is a class C misdemeanor. The law was last amended in 2021.
