Oklahoma: Can car dealerships open on Sundays?
Oklahoma bans keeping a lot or showroom open to sell, trade, or offer new or used vehicles on Sunday.
The ban covers keeping any place open to sell, barter, exchange, or offer vehicles, and it applies to owners and employees. A dealership may still open on Sunday for fuel, tires, accessories, repairs, or towing, and antique or classic car sales are exempt. Violations can bring a $75 to $500 fine, up to six months in jail, and suspension or revocation of the dealer license.
