Wyoming: Are fireworks legal?

Aerial fireworks allowed

Wyoming allows federally approved consumer fireworks, including aerial ones, unless a county or city bans them.

State law starts from a general fireworks ban, but defines fireworks for county control as the items federal rules allow for sale to the public and lets each county prohibit their sale to residents or their use, with county bans in force in 1990 kept unless voters change them. Cities and towns may add further rules or bans. The answer is inferred from those sections; the definitions section (35-10-201) couldn't be opened. Fireworks are banned in state parks except at permitted displays.
