Oklahoma: Is it legal to pump your own gas?
Oklahoma's statewide fire code covers self-service fuel stations, including unattended ones; no state ban on pumping your own gas was found.
Oklahoma adopts the 2018 International Fire Code as its statewide minimum fire code, and that code allows attended self-service stations. Oklahoma's changes to the motor fuel chapter define self-service stations and set fuel limits for unsupervised pumps; they do not ban self-service. Stations may also choose to pump fuel for drivers with mobility impairments.
